Pelham Raider Minor Lacrosse Association Field Fine Responsibility Policy
At Pelham Raider Minor Lacrosse Association, we are committed to fostering respect, sportsmanship, and accountability within our lacrosse community. This policy outlines financial responsibility for fines issued to coaches and spectators during OMFLL-organized games.
1. Coach Fine Responsibility
- Coaches are solely responsible for any fines assessed due to misconduct or rule violations.
- The association will not cover or subsidize these fines.
2. Spectator Fine Responsibility
- Spectators are responsible for any fines they incur.
- Officials will assist in identifying individuals responsible.
- The association will not cover or subsidize spectator fines.
3. Spectator Ejection Fines
- General Ejection: $100 per incident (reimbursed by the identified spectator).
- Ejection for Derogatory Language: $250 per incident.
- Second Offense (Same Season): The spectator will be removed for the season, pending an OMFLL hearing and investigation.
4. Compliance & Enforcement
- All fines must be paid within the league’s designated timeframe.
- Non-payment may result in further disciplinary action, including suspension from team activities.
- The association will work with league officials to ensure proper enforcement.
By adhering to these guidelines, we strive to create a positive and respectful environment for all players, coaches, and families.
