The Pelham Raiders Minor Lacrosse Association is excited to announce a FIELD LACROSSE DIVISION in 2025!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION*:
Practices are scheduled to start the week of March 23, 2025.
Based on registration numbers, this first week may be used as an evaluation week to assess each players skill level. As with any rep sport, it is possible that cuts will need to be made.
Team rosters will be finalized by no later than March 30, 2025.
The regular season games will begin around the second weekend of April.
The tentative end date of the season is the May 18th, 2025.
The season is 5 weeks long for U9 and 6 weeks long for U11 and up. The season concludes with a Provincial's weekend that has typically been held in Brampton, ON. Based on the regular season rankings, teams will be designated into separate divisions which they will play in for Provincials. Similar to box lacrosse, you can find your teams ranking at mylaxranking.com.

Practices:
U9-U13 - Monday and Wednesday evenings between 7:00 and 9:00pm (times and field location to be confirmed. Will be local.).
U15-U17 - Tuesday and Thursday evening between 7:00 and 8:30pm (field location to be confirmed. Will be local.)
Regular Season Games:
Teams will play a minimum of two games on the same day (Saturday OR Sunday), at various different fields which will be outlined on the OMFLL website. This schedule is created by the OMFLL and will be posted on their website. To see the approved list of fields used to play regular season games, please check the OMFLL website.
Registration Includes:
Team and player registration fees to OLA and OMFLL. Team fees to OMFLL to play the regular season games and the Provincial entry fees, insurance, and field rentals for practice times. Players will get 1 pair of shorts included in the fee. PRMLA will be getting new, reversible, field lacrosse jerseys for our field lacrosse teams. Players will be expected to return these jerseys at the end of the season.
